Who we are
FixMyProd is run by Poliakov Maksim IE, a sole proprietor registered in Armenia (“we”). Contact: hello@fixmyprod.com. Our postal address is available on request.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we store: your email address; your experience level and your answer about what broke in your production, if you give them; the version of this policy you agreed to; the time; the page that sent you here and any utm_ tags in the link you followed.
We do not store your IP address.
Cookies and analytics
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and does not identify you.
Google Analytics 4 runs only if you click “Accept analytics”. Until then its script is not loaded at all. If you accept, it sets these cookies:
Two settings are kept in your browser's local storage and never leave it: your analytics choice under fmp-consent, and the light or dark theme under pref-theme if you switch it. To change your analytics choice, use “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page.
Why
To email you when the labs open, to decide which labs to build first, and — if you allow analytics — to see which pages are useful. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time.
Who processes it for us
- Amazon Web Services — the waitlist database, in the EU (Frankfurt); the website itself is served through AWS CloudFront from locations worldwide.
- Cloudflare — DNS; Turnstile, which checks that the form was sent by a person and to do that processes your IP address and browser signals on our behalf; and Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies.
- Google Ireland Ltd — Google Analytics 4, only after you accept. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Google signals, advertising features and data sharing are turned off.
We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
The waitlist: until the labs launch, plus six months. Then we delete it. Analytics data: 14 months.
Your rights
Email hello@fixmyprod.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to withdraw your consent. We handle requests by hand, within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the version above changes too, and we keep every previous version.
